Zhiwei (Henry) Yang - Executive Chairman of Austcham Australia

Born in Beijing in July 1961. Came to Australia in 2000, graduating with an MBA.

Helen Li - Secretary General of Austcham Australia

Helen Li is driven by a desire to help businesses become successful. Whether it’s recruiting the right staff for them, raising capital for small to medium sized (SME) businesses, facilitating connections to sales opportunities in both China and Australia, or buying and selling businesses, Helen brings her formidable knowledge, strategic ability, and professionalism to each scenario.

When she migrated to Australia in 2008 from Northeast China, Helen studied at Sydney University, where she graduated with a Master of Commerce.

She then worked across a range of industries, including franchising, IT, consulting, architecture, and construction. She also provided HR Project services to the NSW state government.

CEO of Eficaz Consulting Pty Ltd, which provides business consulting services and recruitment services, placing high-quality candidates for Australian and global clients.

Senior Advisors
Managing Director of Strong Holdings Limited. Founder and Secretary-General Emeritus of AustCham, Beijing, and over 25 years of support for Australia/China business relationships from Beijing. Sydney is now based in Sydney.
Managing Director of China Westbridge Advisory Services with over 20 years of involvement in Australia/China business; active in both AustCham in Beijing and Australia China Business Council in Sydney. Now based in Sydney but a frequent visitor to China.
